Property Management
If you are a tenant at one of the properties we manage and need to contact your property manager, please call our main property management office at (213) 375-3752. Our fax number is (213) 867-9935.
Repair Requests: By calling the number above, tenants can get answers to their questions and submit maintenance requests 24/7 (including emergency repairs). Emergency repairs are scheduled as quickly as possible, and general repairs take a few days to schedule and about a week to fix.
Rent Payments: Tenants are required to pay their rent no later than the 1st of each month. Rent is due on the 1st and is late on the 2nd. All rents should be made payable to your property owner indicated in your paperwork and should be mailed to David Bramante, 645 West 9th Street, Unit 110-625, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Do not send any cash and do not make your rent check or money orders payable to "Cash".
